Shopping with Sephora is simple. Log on to Sephora. ph or the Sephora Mobile App, add items to your cart, review your items, apply any applicable promo codes, and click on 'Secure Checkout'. Fill in your shipping details, select your payment option, and click 'Place Order'. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after.

Can changes be made to or cancel my order once it's been placed?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, further changes like shipping method upgrades or quantity adjustments are not possible. Sephora is not responsible for replacements or refunds for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided. It's recommended to review your bag and shipping details before checkout.

What are the delivery options and costs?

Free standard delivery is offered for orders ₱2400 and above, with a 5-7 business day delivery timeframe. Orders must be placed before 12 PM PST to qualify for this service. Fees may apply for orders below ₱2400 after discounts are applied. Delays may occur during sales or holidays. Deliveries are made on weekdays only, excluding Philippines Public Holidays.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, contact Customer Service for help. Expect points refunded within 7 days for Rewards Boutique items. Reach out for assistance with payment issues or rewards.

Can I return an item purchased from Sephora in another country?

Unfortunately, returns for international purchases are not available at this time.

What if my item is missing, incorrect, damaged, or faulty?

If your parcel contains damaged, incorrect, or missing items or rewards, reach out to the Customer Service Team immediately. Fill out the webform and choose the appropriate issue: 'Missing Item', 'Wrong Item', or 'Damaged / Expired Item'. Include details like images of the item or parcel, the item name, and the order number. Refrain from disposing of any items, as Sephora may need to arrange for their collection.

Can I receive a notification when an out-of-stock product is back in stock?

To join the waitlist for a product, click the 'Waitlist Me' button on the product page. Fill out the necessary fields, and you'll receive an automated email notification once the item is back in stock. This feature ensures you're promptly informed about product availability. It's a convenient way to stay updated without constantly checking the website. Simply provide your details, and you'll be notified as soon as the item becomes available again.
