Is there an international transaction fee for my booking?

Klook doesn't charge extra fees, but your bank might charge international transaction fees if you're not paying in your card's local currency. Check with your bank before booking.

Do I get an updated voucher after amending my booking?

Yes, once confirmed, you'll receive an updated voucher with the amended details. Remember to use this new voucher for your activity to avoid any issues.

Will my Klook credits and promo codes be refunded upon canceling my activity?

Klook credits are automatically refunded for future use. Promo codes refund depends on their terms: one-time use codes won't be replaced, while reusable ones will be re-added to the account. Terms vary for one-time and reusable promo codes.

How can I book and use tickets?

Book tickets online and check their status on the Booking page. On departure day, check in at the airline counter with the same documents used for booking. Arrive at least 3 hours before international flights.

How do I confirm my hotel booking?

Klook will email your booking confirmation within 30 minutes of payment. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it. You can also view your booking status under "Bookings".

Will I get my promo codes back if I cancel a booking?

For full refunds, non-expired promo codes are returned if the refund amount is equal to or less than the cancellation fee. Expired promo codes are not returned. For partial or special refunds, promo codes are not returned.
