Fil-Am group to raise funds for 'Yolanda' victims

MANILA, Philippines - Over two months after Typhoon Yolanda battered the Philippines, Filipino-American communities continue to rally help to rebuild the lives of typhoon survivors.

A Filipino-American group has organized "Race to Rebuild: 5K Run/Walk for Typhoon Haiyan Survivors" on January 18 in Camden-Wyoming, Delaware, USA.

Organized by Team Running Pinay Divas, a group of Filipino women from Delaware, Race to Rebuild aims to raise funds for the young Filipino survivors. The project benefits UNICEF Philippines.

Race to Rebuild takes place at the Wild Quail Country Club, 1 Clubhouse Drive, Camden-Wyoming, DE 19934.

The run/walk starts at 10 a.m..
