Mmm... smells like Esprit

- Marielle C. Santos of the Philippine Star’s YS -
Filipinos have always been known to be somewhat conservative and traditional, and this is evident in the way many of them dress.

Most Filipinos prefer not to be too flashy or too trendy while avoiding the trap of being dull or boring. The most important thing, of course, is to dress up the way we want to – free from the dictates of fads and trends.

For over 30 years, Espirt has been known to create ensembles for real people and real life – not just models or Hollywood starlets.

Whenever people come across the brand, they think of clothes that make them feel free, happy, confident and comfy. Over the years, Esprit has been able to go over the edge a bit, by making of their creations trendier while retaining the qualities the brand has been known for.

Esprit recently introduced a new range of fragrances – Esprit scents + senses via an affair at the Rockwell Power Plant Mall fountain area. Esprit models carried not only the new pieces of the season but also the five scents of the brand.

Those present in the event were also treated to palm and tarot card reading.

Esprit tries to reinvent fragrance by bringing in five new scents that correspond to five different colors – BLUE: For my Dreams is a light and dreamy scent that gives off an impression of freshness; GREEN: For my Spirit calls to mind a luscious forest; WHITE: For my Peace has a light musky scent, a combination of magnolia and Casablanca lily; TAN: For my Fantasy is for the people on the go, with a warm scent that lights up the imagination; RED: For my Senses is for fruity-scent lovers with a touch of muskiness. The scents come in six different forms: eau de toilette, body spray, shower gel, body lotion, scented candle, and incense sticks.

Esprit scents + senses is available in Esprit boutiques, selected department stores and perfumeries.
