MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) rescued two fishermen whose boat experienced engine failure while in the waters off Bataan.

In a statement, the PCG-Station Bataan said fishermen Giovannie Austria and Angelo Pilote were onboard the MBCA Martina Leigh when the motor boat experienced engine failure in the waters off Barangay Binuangan, Bagac town on Friday.

The PCG-Station Bataan said the BRP Cabra, a multi-role response vessel, was dispatched for search and rescue, following an alarm from the District Action Center.
