All set for StaffVirtual’s “Run for a Cause”

CEBU, Philippines — Everything is already in place for StaffVirtual’s “Run for a Cause” in line with its 15th anniversary celebration on September 14 at the Cebu Business Park.

“We’re incredibly proud to have reached our 15th year, especially after navigating the challenges of the pandemic. Many companies struggled during that time, but we not only survived - we thrived,” said StaffVirtual COO Fiona Lideza.

“This resilience is a testament to our team’s hard work and the strong values that guide us. To everyone facing challenges, remember to always look for the silver lining. With the right mindset, you can achieve anything.”

Lizeda shared that the American-owned and managed outsourcing company believes in the strong connection between health, happiness, and productivity while giving back to the community at the same time.

“We focus on promoting health and wellness in our organization because we know that a healthy mind and body are crucial for success. We want our employees to thrive, not just survive, in their careers,” Lideza added.

Proceeds of the charity event will go to StaffVirtual’s scholarship program for the poor but deserving senior high school students.

Meanwhile, the anniversary run features four categories: 3K, 5K, 10K, and 15K. Registration fee is pegged at P600 for 3K, P800 for 5K, P900 for 10K and P1,000 for 15K.

The top three finishers will pocket P10,000, P6,000, and P3,000 for the 15K, P7,000, P4,000 and P2,500 for the 10K, P5,000, P3,000, and P1,500 for the 5K, and P3,000, P2,000, and P1,000 for the 3K.

There will also be a raffle for all participants. Up for grabs are round trip tickets to Bali, Thailand, and Hong Kong, a trip to Boracay for two, a staycation for two at Kandaya Resort, and many more.
