WATCH: Pia Wurtzbach holds 'food chat' with fans via Facebook live

MANILA, Philippines - Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach had a Facebook live "food chat" with fans on March 12 at 1 a.m. (Manila time).

For all the sleepy heads who were not able to tune it to the event, Pia, after taking into consideration the suggestion of the fans, went for the classic fried lumpia with sweet and sour sauce.

According to her live video feed, the Pinay beauty queen opted to cook lumpia because she wants something that is not "too exotic."

"Dapat yung madali lang atsaka yung hindi masyadong kumplikado, atsaka yung magugustuhan ng ibang tao, like if I made people here try it, they would like it also because it's not too exotic," she said as she was explaining her choice.

Other dishes suggested by fans were: dinuguan, chicken adobo, pansit,  kare-kare, lechon, pochero. The videos and photos of the final dish will be posted next week.

The 25-minute chat, gained almost half a million views.
