WATCH: Batanes' rolling hills overlooking the sea

BATANES, Philippines — The island province of Batanes has been one of the Philippines' best kept secrets, with its picturesque greens, diving sites, strong cultural traditions and cool climate.

Many have compared Batanes' physical attributes to those of New Zealand, Austria and Cape Town.

In this video, Batanes' rolling hills and grazers are seen amid the backdrop of the open sea with the wind heard blowing against the camera's microphone.
