David: Anti-dynasty bill, Kapatiran's priority

MANILA, Philippines - Kapatiran party senatorial candidate Lito David vowed to author and advocate for a legislation strictly prohibiting political dynasties in government as soon as he assumes the seat.

The social activist told Philstar.com in an exclusive elections interview that he will also work on the enactment of the national Land Use Act.

"Until such time that we are able to determine the uses of our lands and our waters, we will never be able to craft a good economic policy," David, who worked as consultant to some past senators, said.
