A sports icon, a staunch politician, a dedicated educator and board top-notcher beauty queen. These are just some of the personalities honored recently as "People of the Year" by People Asia.

For the past decade, People 

Asia annually gathers a list of outstanding individuals who had made a difference in their respective fields and now as it celebrates its 12th year, the magazine fittngly picked pound-for-pound and People's champ Manny Paquiao as "The Man of the Decade".
