Guiao: 'We started the game strong'

-

MANILA, Philippines – Rain or Shine coach Yeng Guiao stresses the importance of a strong start in winning games.

“The crucial thing was that we’re able to start well. It’s also important that we contained their guards. Those were contrary to what happened in Game One,” Yeng Guiao told reporters after the Elasto Painters walloped the Barangay Ginebra Kings, 113-97, to force a deciding third game in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup at the Cuneta Astrodome last Sunday.

The do-or-die match is scheduled tomorrow at the Araneta Colisuem. Video by Cris Cayanan
