WATCH: PNoy addresses climate-vulnerable nations

MANILA, Philippines - President Benigno Aquino III on Monday urged world leaders to help climate-vulnerable nations as he spoke during the Climate Vulnerable Forum (CVF) in Paris, France.

The CVF is an international partnership of developing countries that are most vulnerable to climate change.

This year, the Philippines is the chair of the forum composed of Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Maldives, Tanzania, Bangladesh, Ghana, Nepal, Timor-Leste, Barbados, Kenya, Tuvalu, Bhutan, Kiribati, Rwanda, Vanuatu, Costa Rica, Madagascar, Saint Lucia and Vietnam.
