CEBU, Philippines - Bohol Gov. Edgar Chatto declared no work in government offices today, as the provincial government made all necessary preparations against typhoon Yolanda.
The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines meanwhile assured Boholanos that power supply was ready yesterday, with transmission lines set up for quick restoration of electricity when Yolanda strikes.
