Waiting shed is no  use to commuters

REST AREA. A fraternity raised  funds to build a waiting shed along a busy highway. But the (huge) problem is that it seems to have been built in the no-stopping zone and isn’t being used by commuters. It wasn’t clear how they missed that bit of info.

However, not all is lost, according to an EAR source. Right now it’s being used by homeless people to sleep in at night.
