AWKWARD. After learning that a mayor offered uncut men over 20 years old ?10,000 each to get circumcised, a man said he should have held off getting circumcised.
“Hibaw-an pa nga tagaan ko’g kwarta nagpalangan ta ko’g patuli,” he said.
But his friend quickly pointed out that the older you get the more awkward it becomes, especially if the one carrying out the circumcision is a female.
