Irritated by lato-lato

NOISEMAKER. A woman has found a new pet peeve; the noise from children in her neighborhood playing with lato-lato, a noisemaker consisting of two plastic balls swung around to hit each other and produce sound.

She added it isn’t just the kids who play with them but adults too, like trisikad drivers waiting for fares.

“Maypa mag online na lang mo kaysa magsige’g lato-lato,” she was heard saying.
