More than three weeks after being promised a technician would visit their home to connect the internet, a customer could no longer take it. She zoomed to the service provider’s office and vented her frustration at the representative. The personnel only told her that the delay was due to the long queue of applications for internet connections. “Then why did they promise 2-3 weeks?” the EAR informer said. The informer, however, added that after a few days, she went back to the office bringing cake with her as peace offering to the lady representative.
