Barely wet and yet…

NOT ENOUGH WATER. An EAR source complained what while his water service provider can barely provide him enough water, it seems they are still encouraging new customers.

He said he often runs out of water and has to get up early to collect it. However, he heard from neighbors that the provider is offering discounts to first-time customers who haven’t availed of their services.

“Maglisod man gani sila og hatag og tubig sa ilang mga karaang customer, unya mangita hinuon sila’g bag-o?” he complained.
