Change. Even if the reinstatement of the P10 flagdown rate for taxis has not yet been issued a final order, many cabbies are already turning down requests for a P10 refund in keeping with the P30 flagdown technically still in effect.

One taxi driver told EAR they are humbly asking the public to grant them this boon because while the price of fuel rise and then fall, the prices of basic commodities do not go down with the fuel prices after they have risen.

No change. For many passengers, however, there is practically no change.

"Di man sad na sila mo-honor atong P30 nga flagdown," so para namo wa ra gihapon nausab," one passenger said.
