Christmas provision in the prenuptial deal

Tradition. A mayor of a local government unit in Metro Cebu will be spending his Christmas in Manila with the family of his wife. The mayor said the practice is the only provision in their prenuptial agreement. The wife, in turn, has the whole year to spend in Cebu.

Her only request. “It’s a pre-nuptial agreement,” the mayor said. “When I decided to move to Cebu, my wife came along as long as every Christmas, she’s with her family.”  This, he said, is the only thing that his wife ever asked of him.
