Road widening in the Coastal Road

RANT. Motorists who use the Cebu South Coastal Road could not help but rant upon reaching the Talisay City portion because of the slow-paced road widening in the area.

TRAFFIC. A motorist said that there are times when he experienced a bumper-to-bumper traffic situation upon reaching Talisay City. This motorist told The Ear that he seldom see workers working on the project.

DPWH. "The DPWH should explain why there is a limited number of workers, which I believe is the reason why the widening project in the South Coastal Road lingers," the informer told The Ear.
