All celebrants dine at same restaurant

RESTO. The restaurant at Escario Street usually teems with people at lunch time.

 

BIRTHDAY. However, yesterday waitresses were doubly busy. Why, because almost everyone there was celebrating his birthday and it was customary for food servers, aside from waiting tables, to offer a plate of sweets and to perform a dance number to a celebrant while the birthday song is being played over the sound system.

 

SAME DAY. "Nice place. The food was pure gold. But I didn't expect everybody in that restaurant to have been born on the same day I was born," a diner said.
