Yolanda survivors

SURVIVORS. Did you know that many young Taclobanons who joined the hundreds of evacuees aboard the giant military planes that landed in Cebu last year have remained in Cebu where they are now employed? At least two of them told an Ear informer "We are now well settled in Cebu." They haven't gone home since Yolanda.

STO. NIÑO. Both of them cousins are devotees of the Sto. Niño the patron Saint of Tacloban and Cebu. They  said they know of some other Yolanda survivors working in Cebu right now who have no immediate plans to resettle in Leyte because of the painful memories.
