Drinking students

LIQUOR. Under the Cebu City ordinance it is prohibited for anyone to drink liquor or sell liquor within 100 meters from any school, government building, religious shrine, etc. The same ordinance also applies to the dispensing of alcoholic drinks.

STUDENTS. One weekend last month an Ear informer said four high school student had a beer drinking session very near a school and were accosted by a man identifying himself as a lawman. The students reasoned out that they were drinking inside a car. The lawman, according to The Ear informer, left the boys to get a police car. “Pagbalik niya wa na diha ang awto ug ang mga estudyante nga nag-inom,” the informer said.
