COUPLE. Because of PNoy’s recent SONA a man and his wife in Labangon are no longer on talking terms. An ear informer said the couple had different opinions on the address of the President. The husband was all criticism while the wife hailed the President’s speech.
SILENT. There was only a slight disagreement over the President’s speech but after all was said and done, the couple gave each other the silent treatment, said our informer. “Nagbungol sila sa usag usa, wa na magdungan panihapon,” the informer said. Their elder daughter berated a neighbor who was heard saying: “Kataw-anan ining mga tiguwang.”
