Dear Editor,
The article in your paper on August 7, 2013 entitled “Cooperative official asks PNoy to act on complaint against MTCC Judge†purports to say that LKMPC'S chairman's open letter to PNoy seeks the reversal of Judge Baring-Uy's decision.
With due respect to all and sundry, said portrayal of said Open letter to PNoy is incorrect.
LKMPC, popularly known as LKMULCO, is asking PNoy to cause the issuance of sentence and/or sanction against the judge for upholding autocracy in the regime of democracy for which Ninoy died for and for which Cory restored from an autocrat as legacy to every Filipino.
Judge Pamela Baring Uy's decision upholding the governor's refusal to implement the two Board Resolutions selling the lot in dispute for undisclosed reasons known only to the plaintiff upholds autocracy, circumvents check and balance and destroys our democracy. Judge Baring-Uy condemnably abdicates her duty and function to determine the legality of executive action. Were it not for this patent autocracy, there could have been no ejectment to belabor about causing waste of coop and government resources.
With regards to the Fallacious Judicial Syllogism in the accused judge's decision, KLMULCO is hopeful the CA will reverse the same.
With regards to whatever autocracy perpetrated by subject governor, KLMULCO leaves it to the ballot box to sentence her.
With regards to the autocracy perpetrated by the accused judge, LKMULCO asks PNoy for remedy.
Anticipating that this correction be published, LKMULCO remains
Respectfully yours,
Engr. Antonio C. Canoy
LKMULCO-Chairman
