DELAYED MAIL. A Cebuano who receives a monthly pension from the US government was nearly scrapped from the pensioners' roster because the tracer mail from the pension office did not reach him on time. “Abiba to sa pension office sa US nga patay nako kay wa man ko motubag sa ilang tracer mail,” the Cebuano pensioner said.

INQUIRY. A frantic personal inquiry made by the Cebuano pensioner showed that the letter from the US pension office had arrived in Cebu long ago but was undelivered. “Tiaw mo nang naka gasto ko og kapin sa P1,000 sa gamay'ng acknowledgment letter nga gi-pada ko sa pension office sa US aron lang dili mapapas ang ngan ko sa listahan,” the Cebuano pensioner lamented.
