There was a concerned sidewalk vendor on Legaspi St. who took time out from attending to his sidewalk vending to listen on her transistor radio to the entire SONA speech of President PNoy. REACTION. The Ear informer said he was amused at the way the sidewalk vendor reacted to certain points the President touched which she agreed. She was heard saying: "Bitaw, bitaw. Gukdon gyud mga korakot...mga tapulan mga abusado."
