The Ear - The Freeman

CARNAPPING. An Ear informer shared a “carnapping” story involving her brother-in-law's multi-cab. “He bought a second hand multicab and used it to go to work. He parked it in the work area parking lot. However, he got the shock of his life when he found his vehicle missing from the area where he parked it. Pwerte niyang kulbaa unya nagpatabang dayong sa pulis,” the informer said.

STUNNED DRIVER.  Luckily, the informer said, the vehicle was spotted by responding policemen on the very same day it disappeared. “Gi-atangan dayon sa mga pulis. Ang nag drive sa multicab, ni-insistir gyud nga wa daw niya gi carnap ang sakyanan kay sa iya gyud tong amo,” added the informer.

“FALSE CARNAPPING.” It was then that the vehicle owner, the policemen and the driver of the “carnapped” vehicle realize that true, the driver did not intend to take the multicab. He just mistakenly took another vehicle, thinking it was his boss'. “False-carnap ra diay. Natingala lang gyud mi ngano nisakar ang yawi sa lain nga sakyanan,” said the informer.
