Fingernails as weapon

FINGERNAILS. A woman's fingernails can serve as her weapon against lascivious men. Minda (not her real name) was waiting for her boyfriend when a “maniac of a man” (her term) tried to grab her and force her to get into a car. Her sharp fingernails saved her.

CLAWED HIM. Minda told an Ear informer that she clawed or scratched real hard the face of the man forcing him to release her. “Ako siyang gikawras og kusog sa nawong. Midut gyud ang ako ang mga koko. Nabulit gud og dugo ang kamot ko,” Minda said, adding: “Naluwas ko sa ako ang mga kamot.” She then ran inside a store and called up her BF.
