Two men arrested for “selling” shabu

CEBU, Philippines - Police arrested Friday afternoon two men for allegedly selling shabu at a house at P. Remedio Street, barangay Banilad, Mandaue City.

Robert Lim alias “Insik,” 32, and his alleged assistant, Bobby Martin, were arrested at Lim’s rented house by a team led by Casuntingan police station chief  P Sr./Insp Philip Silva.

Martin allegedly received the buy-bust money while Lim allegedly handed the shabu to a police decoy.

Seized from Lim were disposable lighters and tin foils. Confiscated from Martin were a stick of  marijuana and P300, the buy-bust money.

Silva said the two men, known pushers in the barangay, were watched for three weeks.

He said their supply of shabu come from sitio Dita in barangay Pulangbato, Cebu City.

Both men are being detained at the Casuntingan police station.  (FREEMAN)
