CEBU, Philippines - A man shot himself dead Monday noon at his home in sitio Lemonsito, barangay Umapad, Mandaue City.
Froilan Aberion, 43, married, shot himself in the head with a.38.caliber revolver.
The loaded gun was in his hand when found by his daughter who had just arrived from school.
Neighbors and the girl rushed to the house when they heard a gun blast.
They found Aberion bathed in blood.
The wife was out of the house when the shooting took place.
She said she didn’t know why her husband failed to report for work that day.
SPO1 Ariel Perez of the Opao police station said Aberion started to worry days ago when he learned he was suffering from an ailment.
The wife said her husband wouldn’t tell her what ailment he was suffering from.
Aberion’s remains were taken to the Cosmopolitan Funeral Homes where an autopsy would be conducted to determine whether foul play was involved in his death. – (FREEMAN)
