CEBU, Philippines - Everyone was out when a two-story house at Colina Compound in barangay Subangdaku, Mandaue City caught fire at around 10:47 yesterday morning.
House owner Remedios Anghay was in Ginatilan town.
Mandaue’s Bureau of Fire Protection investigator SFO1 Cipriano Codilla, said a short circuit is being suspected of having started the fire.
Damage to property was placed at P60,000.
The fire failed to spread to neighboring houses which were also made of light materials. (FREEMAN)
