CEBU, Philippines - A man has filed an affidavit alleging that men under the employ of losing Lapu-Lapu City mayoralty candidate Efrain Pelaez had attempted to bribe him to say publicly that Team Deretso of re-elected Mayor Paz Radaza had engaged in vote buying.
Runnel L. Alibong, 24 years old, a longshoreman of Pasil and a resident of baranagy Tungasan, Olanggo Island, Lapu-Lapu City said he turned down the offer because his conscience bothered him. (FREEMAN)
