Police find gun abandoned by youngsters

CEBU, Philippines - Police found a loaded .38 cal. revolver abandoned by a group of youngsters who scampered away after seeing the police going towards them.

PO1 Christian Avila of the Centro police station said the police were roving near the Cebu International Convention Center (CICC) last Tuesday morning when they saw the group sniffing something.

He said the police failed to arrest any of the youngsters but found a loaded gun in the particular area where the group assembled.

The gun was turned over to Centro police station.   (FREEMAN)
