CEBU, Philippines - The police arrested Wednesday two men for stealing a tricycle in barangay Lawaan I, in Talisay City.
Arrested were Jimbo Serano, 28, of UP Lot in barangay Poblacion, Barili town and cohort Noli Gomez, 35, also of UP Lot.
The victim is Carlito Bendanillo, 52, driver of the tricycle.
The registered owner of the tricycle is Dioneso Abella, 46, resident of sitio Bontores barangay Mohon, Talisay.
The sidecar was allegedly sold to a junk shop in barangay Mabolo Cebu City and left the motorcycle at a motor shop at McArthur Boulevard in Cebu City to have it fixed.
Serano told police that Gomez was with him when he took the tricycle. (FREEMAN)
