CEBU, Philippines - Indigent patients from Mandaue City who are admitted or confined at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center will continue to benefit from assistance extended by the Office of Senator Allan Peter Cayetano.
Rey Martinez, staff of Senator Cayetano for the Visayas and chairman of the Companero Cayetano Tavang Volunteers (CCTV), said there’s enough funds deposited at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center for the continuation of the program.
According to Martinez, more than 3,000 patients admitted at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center were given medical assistance through medicines.
Martinez said medical referrals can be secured from barangay captains, town and city mayors, and even parish priests to make sure assistance reaches those in need of help. (FREEMAN)
