Man hacks neighbor

CEBU, Philippines -  A 33-year-old man landed in hospital after getting hacked allegedly by a neighbor in sitio Ilang-ilang, barangay Lagtang, Talisay City.

Julius Perez Nengasca, of barangay Tanke, Talisay City sustained a hack wound on the left shoulder and stab wounds on the body.

He was immediately taken to the Talisay City District Hospital but was transferred to the Don Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center.

His attacker was identified by the police as Doming Unas, 60, resident of Ilang-ilang.

SPO1 Edgar Causon said Nengasca did not know the reason why he was hacked. The two were never at odds with each other in the past.

Causon said the motive for the attack has not been determined. — (FREEMAN)
