CEBU, Philippines - Cordova town mayoralty aspirant Rodrigo Jumao-as, who will run under Gov. Gwen Garcia’s One Cebu Party in next year’s midterm elections, also has the support of former sixth district congresswoman Nerissa Soon-Ruiz and former basketball star and Mandaue City councilor Elmer Cabahug.
Soon-Ruiz and Cabahug have assured Jumao-as they will help introduce more improvements to Cordova.
Soon-Ruiz said Cordova, aside from being a prospective tourist spot, also has the potential to host light industries.
Jumao-as lists improved delivery of basic services to the people through barangay health workers, barangay day care workers, nutrition scholars, and other barangay volunteers as his top priority if elected. (FREEMAN)
