The RJN x MASA teams featuring a combination of young aspiring ballers from Visayas and Mindanao will showcase their skills in the CYBL Developmental Conference 2024 this weekend.

CEBU, Philippines — The young aspiring cagers of RJN x Miguel Aloysius Sports Academy (MASA) are all set to plunge into action in the Cebu Youth Baskeball League (CYBL) Developmental Conference 2024 on Saturday, October 12, at the Sacred Heart School-Jesuit Old Campus gym along General Maxilom Avenue in Cebu City.

Enjoying full support from their team owners Rodolfo and Johanna Abarquez, the RJN x MASA teams are powered by a combination of players from Visayas and Mindanao.

Under the tutelage of champion coach Lorberto “Butchoy Kokiks” Enriquez, they will see action in the 12 Under, 14 Under, and 16 Under divisions.

“Ang amo tumong kay ang paghatag og exposure sa mga bata nga makaduwa sila sa inila na kaayo nga paliga dire sa Cebu City nga mao ang CYBL,” said Enriquez. “Amo i-develop ilang talent ug skills sa pagduwa og basketball kay dako kaayo ni nga opportunity nga mabaid sila.”

“Mao nang ako silang gi-motivate nga maningkamot og maayo kay daghan na kaayo ang mga players nga na-scoutan sa mga coaches ug nakuha sa mga inilang eskwelahan sa siyudad gumikan sa ilang pag-apil ani nga liga,” added Enriquez.

RJN x MASA will open their campaign against the University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) in U16 Division 1, versus Team Mabolo in U16 Division 2, and opposite TJAV South in the U14 age group.
