Consolacion MTB Duathlon 3.0
CEBU, Philippines — Lucille Ruiz of Keith De Fiebre Cycling Team completed a grandslam feat in the women’s elite division of the Consolacion Mountain Bike Duathlon 3.0 yesterdayat SM City Consolacion.
The 41-year-old Ruiz clinched her third straight crown after registering the fastest time in her division of two hours, 13 minutes and 23 seconds. Hannah Bunn settled for second place with a time of 2:17:39 followed by Ruiz’s daughter Pamela at third with 2:20:05, clocking.
In the men’s elite action, Jonathan Pagaura og Rider Omega Tri Team grabbed the title with a time of one hour, 32 minutes and 56 seconds. He outpaced Jhon Philip Padaong, who placed second with a time of 1:34:30 as Jimboy Butad (1:36:07) landed at third.
The age-group winners were Christopher Ceniza (male 15-18), Joseph Olmilla (male 19-24) , Jorice Mark Zabate (male 25-29), Kristianne Glendale Lim (male 30-34), Shershan Dzimtry (male 35-39), Glenn Jude Trajano o(male 40-44), Edil Batiancila (male 45-49) and Froilan Roy Roble (male 50-above).
Keith De Fiebre Cycling Team continued showed dominance after dominating the men’s and women’s division of the relay event.
Meanwhile, Edgardo Tano (53:46) topped the E-Bike category while Team Kaloy’s Brian Brigoli rule the fat bike event. (FREEMAN)
