CEBU, Philippines – Former Philippine Azkals skipper Chieffy Caligdong and the other Manila-based players lined up under Team ERCO BRO Gau will be out to play against Leylam FC for the men's open crown of the 2015 Aboitiz Football Cup this Thursday night at the Cebu City Sports Center.
Three of them are expected to arrive today in SEA Games campaigner Ronnie Aguisanda, Mark Ferrer, and Dodong Villareal.
Ian Araneta is due in Cebu tomorrow, while Caligdong will be coming over on game day as he is currently in Cambodia being part of the Phl Under-16 coaching staff.
Cebuano goal keeper Paolo Pascual, however, could not make it this time due to other commitments.
Even with the presence of their reinforcement, ERCO BRO coach Glen Ramos said it's still anybody's game considering that some of their regular players here are no longer with the team. (FREEMAN)
