Sunsport to put up cage camp in Bogo
CEBU, Philippines - Aspiring hoopsters in the northern part of Cebu have an avenue to further sharpen their skills this holiday season with the staging of the Sunsport Basketball Training Camp on December 26-30 at the Don Celestino Martinez, Sr. Sports and Cultural Center in Bogo City.
Veteran coach Jojo Romarate, the head trainer of the longest and best-run cage camp in the Vis-Min region, said they will be teaching the campers on the fundamentals of the sport such as proper shooting, dribbling, passing, footwork and other related drills.
Romarate added they will also take up some offensive and defensive strategies, on-court communication and other technical aspect of the game.
The training session is set from 9 am to 11 am.
Registration fee is pegged at P1,000 inclusive of a training jersey and the latest edition of Sunsport basketball.
