Man shot dead while riding motorcycle
CEBU, Philippines — A man was shot dead in Sitio Oano, Barangay Guba, a mountainous barangay in Cebu City, at around 6:16 in the evening Friday.
A certain Gonzalo Albay Diacomo, 59-years-old, was riding his motorcycle when he was suddenly shot by two unknown assailants.
Police personnel of the Barangy Adlaon Police Community Precinct 1 under the supervision of Police Captain Welmer Castillo immediately responded to the incident.
According to a report by Police Patrolman Ronvel Padilla, the responding policemen found Diacomo’s lifeless body on his Motoposh motorcycle with plate number 719 QSL.
The police contacted the Talamban Ambulance Medical Team but the attending personnel found Diacomo with no pulse and declared him dead.
Padilla also reported that the victim was shot in his face. At least two 45 caliber bullets were recovered from the crime scene to be used as evidence.
