CEBU, Philippines — Town officials of Dumanjug are eyeing to extend its 12-hour curfew until Friday, February 5, 2021, to further limit the social interaction among its people.
Mayor Efren Guntrano Gica said they will be extending the 12-hour curfew for four more days instead of reverting to a nine-hour curfew tomorrow.

Under the Executive Order No. 0003 issued by Gica, the 12-hour curfew which started on January 26 from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. is supposed to end today. Previously, the town imposed nine-hour curfew from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Unless EO No. 0001 is amended, all sports and other activities including pageants, bingos and discos participated by 10 or more persons, whether held in the municipal or barangay especially at covered courts, are still prohibited.
Hotels and resorts are also prohibited to accept group bookings composed of five or more persons.
