CEBU, Philippines - A 30-year-old Nigerian man was arrested after he allegedly grabbed the head of a urinating police official and pushed his face to his genitals in the comfort room of a mall in uptown Cebu City Sunday night.

“Bastos gyud, unsa ma’y tan-aw niya sa mga Pilipino?” he added.
The victim’s station chief, Chief Inspector Wildemar Tiu, said that what happened was a case of impertinence of a foreigner towards the country.
“This is a matter of pagpakaulaw ug pagbastos sa langyaw sa atong nasod, let us show them that we are governed with laws and we mean business,” Tiu said.
He said that after charges for unjust vexation, grave oral defamation, acts of lasciviousness, are filed in court he will send a copy of it to the International Police and of the Bureau of Immigration for his immediate deportation.
