PAGASA forecasts cloudy week in the Visayas

CEBU, Philippines - The state weather bureau said that the coming week will generally be cloudy.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) in its weather advisory said that Metro Cebu will be partly cloudy.

Yesterday, there were some light rains in the afternoon. Today, skies will be partly cloudy with temperature ranging from 23 to 30 degrees Celsius.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds coming from northeast will sweep through Visayas region while coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.

Wednesday will still be partly cloudy with temperature from 23 to 31 degrees Celsius.

On Thursday, isolated light rains will accompany partly cloudy to cloudy skies with temperature from 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.

Friday will have isolated rain showers and thunder storms.

PAGASA, in its website, explained that northeast monsoon is bringing cloudiness in the Visayas region as well as Luzon. (FREEMAN)
