A province’s Feng Shui depends on the Provincial Governor’s home and the Provincial Capitol building Feng Shui, especially the governor’s office.

Popularly the principle of subsidiarity and principality is listed in economic and political translation.

Which is which as regard to the principal and the subsidiary? Is the province the principal or the capital city? Or which of them is the subsidiary?

Real politics, Feng Shui-wise, will not matter as long as the Feng Shui of both city and province are good! Balance of power and human governance energy that is! And only then will the essence of the solidarity of both city and province as one polity be realized, appreciated and enjoyed by the citizens.

The landscape Feng Shui of Cebu City is akin to Hong Kong or Singapore very auspicious for economic growth and development, as proven by all these years of progression. On the other hand, the whole province had its share of cyclical ups and downs and once became the top province in the country.

At the moment, Cebu is poised as a work in progress to be the number one province once more! In one Japanese word, the Feng Shui of Cebu is Ichiban! Or Cebu as #1.

Cebu is moving from bad Feng Shui due to erratic political bloopers to good, hopefully excellent Feng Shui for the people contributing significantly to the visions of national let alone regional and provincial development.
