CEBU, Philippines — In pursuit of uniting the country’s registered and licensed architects in the Philippines, the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) District C-1 will hold a joint induction of its district and chapter officers.
The ceremony will be held on Saturday, August 17, at 6:00 p.m. at the Cebu Country Club in Cebu City.
During the event, pioneering officers of the District C-1 chapters will be presented.
Expected to attend are at least 200 guests, including UAP National President Arch. Benjamin Panganiban Jr., Area Vice President for Area C Arch. Omar Maxwell Espina, and District Director C1 Arch. Janice Garol. Also attending are officers from the District C-1 chapters.
Designated chapters under District C-1 are Cebu, Sugbu, Leon Kilat, Rajah Humabon, Datu Lapu-Lapu, Fort San Pedro, Metro Cebu, Cebu Fuente Osmena, Bohol, and Dumaguete.
For over 45 years, the UAP is the Integrated and Accredited Professional Organization of Architects (IAPOA) in the Philippines with over 39,000 members registered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Armed with a high standard of professionalism and architectural excellence, the UAP continues to thrive on becoming a government’s partner towards nation-building.
