Bite Sites Food Crawl

CEBU, Philippines — By the last quarter of the year, Central Bloc Mall is slated to open at the IT Park in Apas, Lahug. Ahead of the big opening, Ayala Malls invited local media to venue, to introduce The Garden Row through a food crawl event called “Bite Sites.”

The Bite Sites Food Crawl covers the popular stomping ground of the GenXers, The Walk that houses among others Mooon Café and Jonie’s ‘sizzlers serving the usual comfort food like sisig, chimichangas, and nachos and pancit canton, while the UltiMEAT burger of Casa Verde was the most talked-about meal of the event, a whopping five-pound burger with steak, pulled pork, bacon, beef patty, chicken fingers and eggs that serves 10 hungry people.

Despite the drizzle, participants braved the rain to go across to the new establishment called The Garden Row, where they got to taste Boy Zugba’s Filipino cuisine with a twist style of dishes. The place also houses Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Bigby’s, Sachi’s, Gibb’s Hot Wings, and Banapple restaurants. Apart from dining, guests can also enjoy karaoke at the Music One Family KTV at The Walk.

With ample three-level parking spaces and over 270 establishments to open, ranging from retail outlets, dining, and entertainment, the Central Bloc mall is sure to be an exciting happening place in the IT Park Lahug area.
